YEAR 2024 OVERVIEW
Over the past two years, a collaborative effort with the Jamaica Library Service (JLS) and school administration has led to the proposal for upgrading the Content Gap Primary School Library. This proposal, based on an assessment in November 2022, includes key infrastructure improvements such as repairing ceilings, sealing protective blocks, installing bookshelves and LED lighting, and improving ventilation. Additional needs involve repainting, acquiring furniture, procuring electronic equipment, and providing essential books and resources. Despite facing financial constraints, there is a call for community and alumni support to enhance the library and foster a better learning environment for children.
